I’m Rhonda Eason, a New York City–based storyteller, novelist, and voracious reader. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, I served six years in the U.S. Air Force before finding my way into writing and even a few acting roles, including Beneatha Younger in Lorraine Hansberry’s A Raisin in the Sun and multiple characters in The Vagina Monologues.

When I’m not reading or writing, I’m usually hanging out in the park with my Labradoodle, working out, or drinking fine wine. Or cheap wine. Really, I’m easy.
